The Estate Department is one of the major activity departments of the Church established to properly manage, supervise, co-ordinate, organize and control Church properties in order to achieve wholesome infrastructural development of the Church. Apart from the management of the Conference Staff quarters and houses, the Estate Department supervises the acquisition and development of Conference landed properties PROFITABLY.
The Estate Department is a driving force in Housing and mobilizing some Conference Committees, bodies or organs (by direct or indirect involvement) through participation and or supervision of their activities in acquisition of land and estate related activities. Such bodies under the purview of the Conference Estate Department include:
a. MCN Properties & Investment Company Limited (RC 626794) MPI
This Company was incorporated by the Church on 22nd June, 2005 to identify, seek and manage commercial properties all over the Conference Areas. Some of their activities include Real Estate Investment, Investment in Stock and money market, Property Development & Management, Valuation and related activities.
b. Biennial Property/Legal/ Technical Advisers Confab
This was established to SENSITISE Advisers across the Conference areas.
c. Conference Property Development Committee
This was established to drive and attract investor for the Church.
d. J. Wesley Investment Company Limited (RC 1052046)
This was incorporated on 20th July, 2012. It was conceived by the investment team of the Church, for the purpose of overseeing and profitably managing the various commercial assets of the church most especially its various commercial enterprises.
e. Abuja Medical Centre Development Committee
This was established to oversee the acquisition and development of this great investment as part of the social welfare activities of the church.
f. Law and Property Conference Committees
g. Ministers Housing Scheme
h. Wesley Estate Committee.
This great department gave birth to MCN Properties & Investment Company Limited (MPI) having taken over from the renowned property management company - Knight Frank and Rutley in 2005.
